Role Title Inside Sales Executive

Working Model 9-6 fixed shift Monday to Friday, Saturday- WFH

Experience 2+

Role Objective

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive sales through phone, email, and online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting products or services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and online outreach.

Identify and qualify potential leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Contact prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations through phone or virtual meetings.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Coordinate with the field sales team and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

Negotiate deals and support the closure of sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

13 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or business development.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
