Inside Sales Executive

Experience Required: 13 Years

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support the Sales

Head and team in daily operations, client coordination, and data management. The ideal

candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and

the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

If you want to be part of an early-stage fintech product and grow with the company from the

ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Head and sales team for ongoing business activities
  • Maintain and update sales data, MIS reports, and dashboards using Excel/Google

Sheets

  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders for follow-ups and documentation
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and performance trackers
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely data updates
  • Support regional sales efforts through multilingual communication

Required Qualifications & Skills


  • 13 years of experience in Inside sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage data, create reports, and maintain trackers
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Language Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of one or more South Indian languages (Preferred)

Work Details

  • 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
  • First Saturday of every month working
  • Office timing: 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Face-to-face interview process (1 round with Sales Head)
