Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Initiate and manage conversations with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions from the company's portfolio.
  • Promote leading technology solutions including Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Oracle, and cybersecurity products such as antivirus and firewall systems.
  • Represent the complete range of products and services effectively in the assigned territory.

2. Sales Planning & Revenue Growth

  • Track sales performance against targets and forecasts to ensure consistent achievement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate business opportunities.
  • Identify new prospects, negotiate commercial terms, and strengthen regional market presence.

3. Proposal & Strategy Execution

  • Develop customized techno-commercial proposals for key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Directors, Procurement).
  • Contribute to monthly quotas and strategic sales initiatives based on market intelligence.
