Role
As a Team Lead, drive revenue through inside sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. Lead and mentor the inside sales team while handling the full sales cycle with
2030% client travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Manage sales pipeline and close IT services deals
- Prepare proposals and commercial discussions
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams and update CRM
Performance Targets
- New clients: 35 per month
- Qualified leads: 3050 per month
- Outreach: 100150 touchpoints per month
- Client meetings: 812 per month
- Maintain 10x pipeline and 2025% conversion rate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/IT)
- 24 years of Inside Sales experience (IT services preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills
