Inside Sales Team Lead - Inside Sales Executive

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Work from Office

Experience: 24 Years

Role

As a Team Lead, drive revenue through inside sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. Lead and mentor the inside sales team while handling the full sales cycle with 2030% client travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Manage sales pipeline and close IT services deals
  • Prepare proposals and commercial discussions
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and update CRM

Performance Targets

  • New clients: 35 per month
  • Qualified leads: 3050 per month
  • Outreach: 100150 touchpoints per month
  • Client meetings: 812 per month
  • Maintain 10x pipeline and 2025% conversion rate

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/IT)
  • 24 years of Inside Sales experience (IT services preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills
