Hiring: Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience 6 months (Inside Sales / Outbound Sales)
Salary: Up to 5 LPA (10% TDS applicable)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound calling, lead generation, product pitching, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients (B2B/B2C as applicable).
Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Pitch company products/services effectively to prospects and explain value propositions.
Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
Handle objections confidently and negotiate to close deals.
Maintain and update accurate customer records in CRM / Excel sheets.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
Follow up consistently to ensure closure and revenue generation.
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Prior experience in inside sales / outbound sales / tele-sales.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

6 months experience in inside sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
