We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Executive who can drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Pitch company products/services confidently and professionally
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM / Excel
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales
• Strong convincing ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA + Incentives depending upon interview performance
