Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist prospective clients in understanding solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM records and perform timely lead follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in BBA / B.Com / Any Degree with interest in Sales.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of IT/Software concepts (CRM / ERP preferred).
- Passion for sales, customer engagement, and learning.
