Job Description

Immediate Hiring Requirement: Inside Sales Executive (ISM)

Parallel to the empanelment process, we have an immediate requirement for an Inside Sales Executive for our Smart Classroom Solutions division.

Job Overview:

  • Role: Inside Sales Executive
  • Location: Bangalore (Domlur)
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and qualification via cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
  • Engaging with schools, colleges, and institutions to promote our Smart Classroom solutions (Senses Smart Boards/Interactive Panels).
  • Conducting virtual product demos and presentations.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and updating the CRM with lead status and follow-ups.
  • Coordinating with field sales teams to facilitate deal closures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales/telesales (EdTech, IT hardware, or SaaS preferred).
  • Mandatory Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
