Job Responsibilities:
Role Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and closing
sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools
Present products/services clearly and handle customer objections effectively
Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospects until successful closure
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for lead conversion and support
Requirements
13 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
