Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Speedioo. The The primary responsibility of this role is to call leads and convert them into sales. This is a performance-oriented role focused on achieving targets, with no involvement in customer service or support tasks. We prefer candidate form real estate,insurance, ecommerce , telecom, automobile industry
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers from provided leads and pitch Speedioo's offerings effectively.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead engagement.
Maintain detailed records of calls and sales conversions in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture and close leads.
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to enhance performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales (mandatory).
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident and professional tone.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and can speak in Hindi & Marathi.
