Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Good time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
