Job Summary
We're looking for a highly articulate and passionate Inside Sales Specialist to join our ROW (Rest of World) Process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a strong drive to succeed in sales, and the ability to build meaningful conversations with learners from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective learners across global markets through outbound calls, chats, and emails.
Understand each learner's goals and recommend suitable Simplilearn programs.
Drive sales through consultative and need-based conversations.
Achieve monthly targets through effective pipeline management and lead conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategy and learner experience.
Who Can Apply
Experience: 6 months 2 years in EdTech or Inside Sales is an advantage.
Freshers: Welcome, if you have exceptional English communication skills and a passion for sales!
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
