Job Description

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. You will work closely with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and Marketing teams to build a strong pipeline and drive business growth across the India region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Manage both inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns to generate highly qualified SQLs for Account Executives.
  • Generate meetings and sales opportunities through proactive outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Run high-volume as well as strategic outbound campaigns across target accounts in India.

India Market Focus

  • Build pipeline across the India region, targeting SMB, Mid-market, and Enterprise customers.
  • Identify decision-makers and stakeholders across different industries.

Sales Collaboration

  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Managers to penetrate target accounts using strategic outreach.
  • Work directly with Marketing to convert inbound leads into qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to closing teams.

Research & CRM Management

  • Research and identify new accounts, contacts, and revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools like HubSpot / Salesforce.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for prospecting and account mapping.

Pipeline Management

  • Follow up consistently and methodically with prospects.
  • Nurture leads and move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked, SQLs created, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Proven 2-5 years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development / Inside Sales roles.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS, any Tech Sales, or Solution Sales.
  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation and prospecting.
  • Experience selling to customers in the India market.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage high activity levels while maintaining quality outreach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
