Job Title: Associate / Sr. Associate – Inside Sales (SaaS CRM)

Location: Pune (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: ₹7–10 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives

Experience: 2–4 years

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate/Sr. Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, delivering product demos, and converting leads into customers. This role offers strong exposure to B2B SaaS sales in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions
  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competition
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and experience

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and drive conversations
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCA, BTech) or MBA preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales
  • Background in consulting, SaaS, marketing firms, or analyst roles preferred
  • Experience in B2B IT/product sales is an added advantage
