Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – B2B Demand Generation

Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting for solutions/services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience generating opportunities through outbound prospecting and setting BANT-qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B demand generation through outbound calling, prospecting, and lead nurturing.
- Make 100+ calls per day to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects using BANT methodology and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Generate and nurture pipeline for B2B solutions and services.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking through Zoho CRM.
- Meet and exceed targets related to calls, qualified meetings, and pipeline contribution.
- Work closely with sales teams to support opportunity creation and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
- Proven experience setting BANT-qualified meetings for B2B solutions/services.
- Ability to handle 100+ outbound calls daily.
- Experience in a target-driven calling environment.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Strong communication, objection handling, and prospecting skills.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
