Job Description

This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Job Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage time to research and identify potential contacts/leads that meet the organization's criteria. Conduct thorough and efficient research to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

- Make multiple outbound calls to designated clients. Develop new opportunities through market research, analysis, relationship-building, and influencing skills, while providing technical insights and explanations to potential customers.

- Ensure the scheduling of qualified appointments between the relevant decision-makers and the client or account team.

- Take all necessary steps to confirm that appointments are completed successfully by sending timely reminders via voice messages, emails, or direct calls to the appropriate individuals at suitable times.

- Continuously assess and refine outreach methods to increase the number of conversations and successful conversions.

- Actively participate in organizational training sessions and other developmental initiatives.

- Maintain high standards of work quality through punctuality, disciplined leave management, and professional conduct.

- Follow all organizational policies with integrity and uphold the company's Code of Conduct at all times.

- Demonstrate a proactive, adaptable approach to market challenges and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office applications.

- Stay updated on current market trends and technological advancements.

- Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, along with persuasive abilities.

Must-Have:

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

- Strong motivation and enthusiasm for sales.

- A creative approach to problem-solving and idea generation.

- Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
