We are hiring a Sales Executive for our US-based hotel operations to convert calls and emails into bookings, upsell effectively, and drive revenue. This is a sales-focused role (not customer support) requiring strong communication, closing skills, and a revenue mindset.
You will work with hotel PMS systems, handle leisure, corporate, and group bookings, and deliver a US-standard guest experience. Ideal for candidates who want high incentives, fast growth, and exposure to international hospitality.
You will:
- Convert inquiries into sales.
- Sell company products- IT & Hospitality.
- Drive performance through conversion and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Oriented)
- Convert inbound calls and emails into confirmed reservations with a strong sales approach.
- Handle group bookings, corporate inquiries, and special requests with revenue focus.
- Upsell room categories, packages, and add-ons to maximize booking value.
- Write high-conversion email responses (not just informational replies) .
- Maintain accurate booking records and guest data.
- Identify revenue opportunities proactively (dates, demand, guest intent).
- Deliver a US-standard guest experience with confidence and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Hospitality & IT solutions.
- Strong spoken and written English (US guest interaction experience preferred)
- Proven ability in sales closing, objection handling, and persuasion.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings)
- Strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to think in terms of revenue, not just service.
