This is a full-time, on-site Visa Counselor role located in Ahmedabad. The Visa Counselor will assist clients with visa processes, assess eligibility, provide personalized guidance, and help with documentation and applications. The role requires timely communication with clients, coordination with relevant authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also involves maintaining a high level of professionalism and offering superior client service to support their journey.

• Strong knowledge of visa processes, eligibility assessment, and documentation requirements
• Skills in client relationship management, communication, and personalized guidance
• Proficiency in organization, attention to detail, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ability to provide high-quality professional service and create a positive client experience
• Familiarity with immigration laws and policies is an advantage
• Relevant experience in visa counseling or related fields is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional certifications in related areas are a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an added benefit
