Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, communicating with customers, and closing deals using a consultative sales approach. This role involves both new customer acquisition and handling existing leads.
Please Note: This is a work-from-office role in Ahmedabad. Candidates must be comfortable working early morning international shift timings and handling customer conversations regularly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation
- Meet and achieve assigned sales targets
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound communication
- Convert leads into successful sales through follow-ups
2. Customer Communication
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
- Explain solar products and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Build trust through effective communication
3. Consultative Selling
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solar solutions
- Conduct structured sales conversations
- Guide customers through the buying process
- Close deals effectively and professionally
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure good customer experience and satisfaction
- Maintain ongoing engagement with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Good to fluent English communication skills (required)
- Strong confidence in speaking with customers
- Interest in sales and target-based work
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
- Basic understanding of sales principles is an advantage
- Comfortable working in international voice-based sales environment
- Willingness to work from office in Ahmedabad (early morning shift)
