About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Learning Counsellor to join our growing team in Pune.

In this role, you'll connect with prospective learners, understand their career and learning goals, recommend the right programs, and help them take the next step toward enrolling.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, sales, counselling and building relationships, and wants to grow their career in the fast-growing education and EdTech space.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online channels.
• Understand learner requirements, career goals and learning needs.
• Counsel prospects and recommend relevant courses/programs.
• Explain course features, benefits, fees and career outcomes clearly.
• Follow up with interested leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Handle questions, objections and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with the academic/operations team to ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.

Who We're Looking For

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Education Counselling, B2C Sales, Customer Support or Business Development is an advantage.
• Graduate or undergraduate with strong communication skills.
• Good spoken English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
