Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining effective customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include interacting with potential clients, maintaining communication via emails, calls, or meetings, and identifying client needs to provide tailored solutions. The role also involves creating and maintaining a strong client database while collaborating with the sales team to support business growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in IT services and consulting is an added advantage
