Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior IT Sales Executive Lead Generation to support our B2B technology sales initiatives.
The role focuses on prospecting, lead generation, outbound outreach, and sales coordination for custom IT services.
You will work closely with senior leadership, gain hands-on exposure to solution-based IT selling, and contribute directly to OpenSpace's growing revenue pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential B2B customers through LinkedIn, email outreach, industry portals, references, and online research
- Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database across India, US, and Middle East markets
- Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate qualified leads
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-makers
Sales Outreach & Coordination
- Schedule introductory calls, meetings, and demos with prospects
- Maintain structured follow-ups until leads move into the active sales funnel
- Support the creation of proposals, capability decks, and pitch presentations
- Participate in initial requirement discovery calls to understand customer pain points
Product & Solution Understanding
- Learn and articulate OpenSpace's service offerings:
- AI / ML & Automation Solutions
- DocGini Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Web & Mobile Application Development
- SmartRoots Digital Solutions for Park District
- Cloud, DevOps & Engineering Services
- Map customer challenges to relevant technology solutions
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Share weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline status
Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)
- 0.6 2 years of experience in IT services / software services / technology sales
- Prior exposure to B2B lead generation or inside sales in an IT company
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Comfortable with outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Basic experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to understand technical offerings and explain them at a high level
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience selling custom software services or SaaS solutions
- Exposure to international markets (US / Middle East)
- Basic understanding of AI, OCR, Cloud, Web, or Mobile technologies
- Ability to prepare simple sales decks or proposal documents
