Job Title : Inside Sales Executive
Job Brief : We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Job Description
- Minimum 6 months to Maximum 2 years sales experience in the enterprise software industry selling to both engineering and executive teams
- Exceptional track record of quota and goal achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
- Willingness to share ideas openly and take direction from others
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) (Salesforce)
- Strong Object Oriented Programming fundamentals. ( PHP5 ).
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Generating leads - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, Google search, etc.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries generated through existing web and marketing program
- Responsible for business growth in terms of adding business clients and maintaining existing ones.
- Prospect, develop opportunities, prepare appropriate documentation and close sales.
- Work closely with the Sales and Technical team to qualify prospects, answer technical questions and conduct product demonstrations
- When appropriate, work closely with colleagues in Technical, Services and Marketing in a team effort to maximize the solution and the corresponding sale
- Maintain detailed records of calls and information requests sent in Sales CRM software.
- Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company
- Assist in the development of sales training material
- Assist Company in conveying customer needs to inside team (Product Managers and Engineering) to ensure our long-term competitive edge
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
