We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This position is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone and email communication.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
