Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves engaging with potential customers to understand their educational needs, conducting lead generation activities, and converting inquiries into sales. The Inside Sales Executive will nurture relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless enrollment process for Oliveboard's services and programs. Optimal resource utilization, collaboration with team members, and achieving monthly sales targets are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven track record in sales conversion
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively
  • Customer Service acumen to provide a seamless and supportive experience for clients
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and upsell services as needed
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is advantageous
  • Understanding of test preparation or ed-tech industry trends is a plus
