Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualify leads from various platforms such as social media and online databases
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information
  • Connect with potential customers via calls, emails, and messages
  • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Analyze data and identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Track daily activities and report performance metrics
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities
Required Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel (preferred)
