Inside Sales Executive

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with property owners and prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services
• Generate business through leads, referrals, and follow-ups
• Drive sales, conversions, upselling & cross-selling
• Handle customer queries and escalations
• Maintain customer & property information in CRM
• Work towards achieving monthly revenue and sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Relationship Management / Business Development
• Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, Telecom or B2C sales experience preferred
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Strong negotiation & convincing abilities
•  Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
•  Good CRM knowledge
•  Real estate sales/property consulting experience will be an added advantage.
