Inside Sales Executive Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to convert interested parents into customers for Nestology's early childhood development programs (03 years).
This role involves consultative selling through phone calls, WhatsApp, and video calls, helping parents understand their child's developmental needs and guiding them to the right program.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, persuasive, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable handling high volumes of calls.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion
- Call warm leads generated through webinars, ads, and website inquiries
- Understand parents concerns about their child's development
- Explain Nestology's programs and value clearly
- Convert leads into program enrollments
Consultative Selling
- Guide parents on how the program helps their child's development
- Address objections and concerns confidently
- Recommend the right product/program based on family needs
Follow-up & Lead Nurturing
- Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Track leads and interactions in CRM
- Re-engage cold leads when appropriate
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Update lead status in CRM daily
- Track sales pipeline and conversion metrics
- Maintain disciplined sales hygiene
Customer Experience
- Maintain a warm, trustworthy tone with parents
- Ensure smooth onboarding once sale is closed
- Coordinate with coaching/operations team when required
Daily Activities
- 60100 outbound calls
- WhatsApp follow-ups
- Demo calls or consultation calls
- CRM updates
- Coordinating with marketing on lead quality
Key Metrics (KPIs)
- Calls per day
- Lead-to-call connection rate
- Call-to-demo conversion
- Demo-to-sale conversion

Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 15 years in inside sales / telesales / counseling sales
- Experience selling courses, education programs, or services preferred
Skills
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English
- Strong persuasion and objection handling
- Ability to build trust quickly
- High follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with CRM tools and WhatsApp sales
