Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as an Inside Sales Executive, based in Indore. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and providing suitable course recommendations. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process while achieving sales targets. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
