Inside Sales Executive Premium MBA & Management Programs (1020 Lakhs Ticket Size)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle for 1020 Lakh MBA/management programs: qualify high-intent leads, conduct in-depth needs assessments via calls pitch program ROI (university partnerships, placements, skill outcomes), handle objections on fees/time, negotiate, and close deals.
- Leverage prior experience in management course sales to build trust with prospects (e.g., executives from IT/pharma/finance) by referencing past successes with similar programs from competitors like Jaro education or Imarticus or upgrad or Any Premium Management Course sales
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through 80+ daily calls, personalized follow-ups, and CRM pipeline management.
- Stay updated on Medvarsity's offerings (e.g., IIM-partnered executive MBAs) versus competitors, using sales experience to differentiate on accreditation, alumni networks, and post-program support.
- Collaborate with admissions and finance teams for seamless enrolments and upsell opportunities.
Candidate Profile & Mandatory Experience
- 38 years in inside sales/tele-counselling, with at least 2+ years specifically selling management/MBA courses (e.g., executive PGDM, online MBAs) in the 1020 Lakh range at EdTech firms (UpGrad, Simplilearn, Henry Harvin, TalentSprint, etc.).
- Track record of closing 1020 high-ticket deals quarterly, with metrics like 2030% conversion rates on qualified leads.
- Excellent English communication; English & Hindi fluency for India markets; experience selling to international prospects (UK/US/Europe) preferred, aligning with Medvarsity's global push.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho), objection handling scripts, and high-volume outbound/inbound processes.
