POSITION DETAILS

  • Department: Sales & Revenue Operations
  • Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Work Days: 6 Days/Week (Monday Saturday)
  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales / Telesales / Service Sales

About The Role

We are hiring a target-driven Inside Sales Executive to convert inbound leads into paying customers and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.

This is a core revenue role focused on closing deals and driving growth for Wenext, our SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales

  • Call and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Pitch Wenext services and close deals.
  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing when required.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate lead status and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth handovers.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and customer objections.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Service Sales.
  • Proven closing experience (not just lead calling).
  • Strong communication skills in English plus Hindi or Telugu.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Zoho or HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to handle pressure, targets, and rejection professionally.

Preferred Traits

  • Experience in B2B services or digital marketing sales.
  • High follow-up discipline and persistence.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

We expect consistent daily activity and ownership of monthly targets. Below are the specifics.

Daily Activities

  • Handle daily outbound and inbound calls.
  • Maintain CRM discipline and reporting accuracy.

Monthly Targets

  • Own and drive monthly revenue targets.
  • Focus on improving conversion rates and deal velocity.

Important Note: If you avoid targets or prefer fixed-salary comfort, this role is not a good fit.
