- Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Work Days: 6 Days/Week (Monday Saturday)
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales / Telesales / Service Sales
About The Role
We are hiring a target-driven Inside Sales Executive to convert inbound leads into paying customers and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
This is a core revenue role focused on closing deals and driving growth for Wenext, our SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales
- Call and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Pitch Wenext services and close deals.
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing when required.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth handovers.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer objections.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Service Sales.
- Proven closing experience (not just lead calling).
- Strong communication skills in English plus Hindi or Telugu.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Zoho or HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to handle pressure, targets, and rejection professionally.
Preferred Traits
- Experience in B2B services or digital marketing sales.
- High follow-up discipline and persistence.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.

- Handle daily outbound and inbound calls.
- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting accuracy.
Monthly Targets
- Own and drive monthly revenue targets.
- Focus on improving conversion rates and deal velocity.
