Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the HR consulting industry. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate relationships with clients who have approached us for their hiring requirements. This role does not require field visits, and you will be responsible for connecting with clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate business opportunities and foster client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from client engagement to candidate placement.
  • Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Ability to research Industries / Sectors / Companies.
  • Ability to use different Tools for Lead generation.
  • Willing to attend Networking Events / Exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot is preferable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
