Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated andresult orientedInside Sales Executive with 2 years of experience to join our sales team. The candidate willbe responsible forgenerating leads, converting prospects into customers, andmaintainingstrong client relationships through calls, emails, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifyand generatenew salesleads through calls, emails, and CRM tools
  • Contact potential customers and explain company products/services
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Follow up with leads and close sales deals effectively
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare sales reports and share updates with management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Tele-sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong convincing and follow-up abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

Preferred Skills:

Experience inselling ERP/Saas based BI/ Analytics solutions

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Familiarity with lead generation and sales funnels
