We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales pipeline. The role focuses on engaging potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the Business Development and PreSales teams to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, website, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls/emails to prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with Business Analyst / Sales Head for solution mapping.
- Schedule and follow up on sales calls, demos, and meetings.
- Maintain and update all lead activities in CRM (Zoho / HubSpot / similar).
- Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, and basic quotations.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and accounts teams when required.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / IT sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Experience using CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or IT services companies.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
- Basic understanding of proposals, pricing models, and sales funnels.
