Inside Sales Executive

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach to biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, and drug development organizations, presenting Intrinseque Health's clinical supply chain solutions, and scheduling and leading online product demonstrations or discovery calls. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, preparing basic proposals or quotations in collaboration with the operations team, and following up consistently to drive conversions. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and project management teams to align messaging, respond to client inquiries, and support revenue growth targets while providing a professional, service-oriented experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including managing a sales pipeline, closing opportunities, and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and using digital tools or databases to identify potential clients.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM systems and common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing) to manage leads and track activities.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or related industries, is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
