Inside Sales Executive

Role Description

The Inside Sales Executive role at FREED is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage prospective and existing customers, and explain FREED's loan management solutions in a clear and empathetic manner. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and driving conversions to achieve sales and revenue targets. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high customer satisfaction. Regular performance reporting and participation in sales meetings and training sessions are also part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed defined targets.
• Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building trust, clarifying complex loan concepts, and addressing concerns.
• Prior experience in financial services, lending, or fintech is an advantage.
• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage leads and track performance.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong ownership and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
