Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Guwahati. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and nurturing relationships to achieve sales targets. The role also involves understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other teams to meet goals and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and proven ability to generate leads
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience and proficiency in Sales techniques and relationship management
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and achieve sales quotas
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach
