Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BD / Sales Executive to lead international business development activities for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global client base, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new international business opportunities across targeted regions (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry forums, events, and partner channels.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and emerging trends in the IT solutions industry.
- Pitch IT products, SaaS solutions, and/or IT services to potential clients, aligning offerings with customer requirements.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with international customers and partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, product demos, and solution presentations.
Sales Strategy & Operations
- Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain sales pipeline and reports in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Market Expansion
- Identify potential new territories and segments for IT product/service penetration.
- Participate in international conferences, exhibitions, and online events to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 26 years of proven experience in international IT sales / BD (software, SaaS, IT services, or solutions).
- Strong understanding of global IT markets and B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, work independently, and meet aggressive targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on international time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling to US/Europe/Middle East clients.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, digital transformation, software development, managed IT services, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Understanding of proposal writing and RFP management.
