About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound sales initiatives across the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing multi-channel outreach strategies, identifying high-value prospects, and initiating meaningful conversations that lead to long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct high-volume US market calling, engaging with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and target high-potential prospects using research, intent data, and prospecting tools.
  • Perform lead qualification and discovery, understanding client needs and business challenges.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating and nurturing leads.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for effective prospecting and outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and product enhancements to effectively position solutions.
  • Deliver personalized and value-driven communication to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 14 years of experience in B2B outbound sales / business development / inside sales.
  • Proven experience in cold calling (US market preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and build meaningful client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
