We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive for our Regional Office - New Town- Kolkata to handle digital leads, conduct structured customer conversations, perform effective follow-ups, and convert leads into business through systematic CRM management.

Role & responsibilities

  • Call new leads within 5- 10 minutes
  • Understand customer requirement
  • Maintain structured conversation flow
  • Schedule store visits
  • Perform regular follow-ups
  • Update CRM system daily
  • Track and convert high-potential leads
  • Coordinate with branch sales team
  • Maintain lead ownership till closure

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1- 3 years experience in:
  • Tele-sales
  • Inside sales
  • CRM handling
  • Lead conversion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • computer & CRM knowledge
  • Strong persuasion ability

Remuneration:

2.20 Lakhs to 4.00 Lakhs.
