Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an Inside Sales Execu ve to handle customer interac ons, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have good communica on skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle calls/chats professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.

- Assist customers with queries, complaints, product/service informa on, and issue resolu on.

- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system accurately.

- Follow communica on guidelines, scripts, and protocols.

- Provide mely solu ons and escalate issues when required.

- Ensure customer sa sfac on and maintain service quality standards.

- Coordinate with internal departments for faster resolu on.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate preferred.

- Excellent verbal and wri en communica on skills.

- Ability to handle customers professionally and pa ently.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
