Role Summary

A results-driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while driving sustainable revenue growth. Skilled in client relationship management, consultative selling, and deal negotiation. Adept at understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and long-term value. A confident communicator who can quickly build rapport and manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closure. Experienced in using CRM tools, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Research, target and open new client opportunities
  • Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
  • Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
  • Update CRM system with all customer communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1 years previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
