Key Responsibilities

  • Drive inquiries and admissions for online/blended learning programs in Data Science (AI & ML) for international learners.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from engaging with qualified leads to program enrollment.
  • Counsel experienced professionals via phone, email, or chat to identify programs suitable for their career advancement.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports, CRM records, and lead tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and enhance the learner experience.
