Company Description
Global Lab Supplies is a growing supplier of laboratory consumables and scientific equipment, serving research labs, educational institutions, and industrial clients. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive based in India to manage day-to-day enquiries and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Maintain customer records and sales data (Excel / CRM)
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams
- Build long-term relationships with repeat customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales
- Background in science, lab equipment, pharma, biotech, or industrial products preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language a plus)
- Comfortable using Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
