We are urgently hiring an Inside Sales Executive for our Hyderabad and Bangalore office and are looking for creative and experienced professionals with 1+years of relevant experience, who are passionate about design and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 13 years of hands-on experience as an Inside Sales Executive in the interiors / real estate/home dcor industry
  • Strong ability to engage with homeowners, understand space requirements, budgets, and design preferences
  • Experience handling interior design leads from multiple channels (website, walk-ins, campaigns, referrals)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and status updates
  • Ability to qualify leads, schedule design consultations/site visits, and support closures
  • Clear understanding of interior design offerings, execution timelines, and pricing models
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to coordinate closely with designers, project managers, and execution teams
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversion, customer satisfaction, and timely follow-ups
