Inside Sales Executive ( Fresher )

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a fresher, you'll play a key role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with CRM is a plus).
