Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communications, maintaining excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers and working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other software for sales operations is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
