Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online research
  • Reach out to prospective customers and introduce company products and services
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to generate sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement
  • Prepare basic sales reports and track lead conversion activities
  • Meet daily and monthly outreach targets

Required Skill

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tool
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related fields
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a sales career.
