Inside Sales – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Noida (Work from Office), Sector 142

About the Role:-

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and self-driven Inside Sales – Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement. You'll play a critical role in identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through inside sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Pitch products/services to potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed lead information and progress.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the senior sales team.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign-based outreach.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirments:-

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or cold calling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email platforms.
  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
