We are seeking multiple Inside Sales Executives for the AI SAAS platform who can drive sales & revenue growth through selling and strategic client engagement. In this role, you'll understand business challenges, position MyOperator's solutions effectively, and guide clients toward adopting our unified AI communication platform. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about AI SaaS, business consulting, and willing to learn AI Agents & sales to businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Recommend MyOperator's SaaS solutions (IVR, Call Tracking, WhatsApp Business API, etc. ) to address client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct discovery calls and schedule tailored product demos for key decision-makers.
  • Manage leads and opportunities effectively using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SAAS Sales, preferably inside sales.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, particularly within the technology or IT domain.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and selling skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and professional email communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in SaaS or Cloud-based solution sales.
  • Knowledge of solution-oriented or consultative selling frameworks.
  • An analytical mindset to evaluate performance data and optimise conversion strategies.
